At present the company is in process of training welders in the following categories: TIG (GTAW) ARC (SMAW) FLUX CORED (FCAW) MIG (CO2) WELDING. These candidates do training on a 6 to 9 months period on various types of materials, As we all know South Africa is a country which has to overcome several obstacles. We strive to become a competitive company internationally. To achieve this, the country has to overcome several obstacles. At the route of all these obstacles, there's a shortage of highly skilled manpower. .

The COMPANY is based in South Africa with the view to expand to neighboring countries. We have taken note that we are no longer providing good alloy welders in South Africa. The way forward in our view is to tackle the problem in the following manner. To establish empower and set up training facility's. To apply for full accreditation status with a 6 to 9 months of training contract commencement. To provide skills to trainees who on completion of training could earn a livable income. To interact with other structures to assist and achieve our goals. To provide a service to communities and equip them with entrepreneurial skills. .
